Cancellation policy

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract with the owner at any time prior to arrival. Cancellation requires a written, electronic or telephonic form. Cancellation fees are charged for the cancellation:

Bookings up to 10 000 CZK

3 days before the check-in 50% of the ordered services
if you do not arrive (absence of the stay)
or cancellation on the day of arrival		 100% of the ordered services
7 days before stay during Motocross World Championship or New Year 100% of the ordered services

 

Bookings over 10 000 CZK

14 to 7 days before the check-in 50% of the ordered services
7 days or less before the check-in
or if you do not arrive (absence of the stay)		 100% of the ordered services

The landlord will not charge the cancellation fee if he could not draw the agreed services for serious reasons such as: hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, death in the family, call-up, disaster.

Operating Conditions

  • Guesthouse can accommodate only a guest, which logs properly. Guest worker pension submit on arrival a valid identity document.
  • At the beginning of the accommodation takes the guest room free of defects, if any defects are required to report to reception.
  • If the guest damages the room or another facilities of the guesthouse, the guest is obliged to replace the damage.
  • Guests must not, without the consent of the pension management, move equipment, make any adjustments and any changes to the power supply or other installation.
  • The guest is obliged to maintain order and cleanliness in both the house and the surrounding region.
  • For security reasons, guests must leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in rooms and other public spaces within.
  • In room guest can receive visitors only with the consent of the reception.
  • In the period from 10 pm till 7 am, guests are obliged to observe silence of the night.
  • If a guest asks for an extension of accommodation, he may be offered a different room than the one in which it was originally stayed.
  • Guest is obliged to leave the room, close the water taps, turn off the room lights and accessories, close the door and hand over the key at the reception.
  • The guest has the right to use services that are offered as additional services (rent mountain bikes) for ordering services at the reception.
  • In the pension is a strict no smoking, except balconies.
  • Failure to comply with rules of operation the operator is entitled to cancel the guest accommodation, the guest will pay the service provided.
  • The client agrees to receive information and promotional materials of VUJO s.r.o. / Penzion Ve Skale.
